Accessibility

We want this store to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using a keyboard only, a screen reader, magnification, or a browser with custom colours and text sizes.

This page describes what we have actually done and how to tell us when something does not work. It is not a certification, and we do not claim the site meets any accessibility standard in full.

What we have done

The site is built with plain semantic HTML and a small amount of CSS and JavaScript, which is generally the most reliable foundation for assistive technology. Specifically:

• Page content uses real headings, lists, landmarks and buttons rather than styled divs, so screen readers can navigate the structure.
• Every interactive element can be reached and operated with the keyboard, in a sensible order, and shows a visible focus indicator.
• Form fields have visible, permanent labels — not placeholder text standing in for a label — and validation errors are described in text, not by colour alone.
• Product information, prices, licence terms and legal pages are real text on the page. Nothing you need to read is baked into an image.
• Images have alternative text, and decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
• The layout reflows down to small screens without horizontal scrolling, and works when text is enlarged.
• Colour contrast was chosen to be readable, and colour is never the only way information is conveyed.
• Animation is minimal and respects the "reduce motion" setting in your operating system.
• Fonts are served from our own server, so nothing about your session is sent elsewhere just to render the page.

We used the WCAG 2.2 guidelines at level AA as our reference while building. We have not had the site independently audited, so we are not claiming conformance with it.

Where we know there are limits

The payment step happens on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. We do not control that page's design or accessibility. Stripe publishes its own accessibility information.

The files you download — templates, documents, design files — are created to be edited in other people's software. Their accessibility depends on that software and on how each file is built. If you need a product in a different format in order to use it, ask us: we would rather find a way than have you buy something you cannot open.

At the time of publication we are not aware of any part of the site that fails the standard above. This reflects our own testing, not an independent audit. If you find something that does not work for you, tell us and we will fix it — see the contact details below.

If something does not work for you

Please tell us. It is the fastest way for us to fix a real problem, and we treat it as a bug rather than a request.

It helps if you can say which page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what browser or assistive technology you were using — but tell us even if you can't. If you cannot complete a purchase because of an accessibility barrier, email us and we will help you complete it another way.

About the legal position

This statement is published voluntarily. The European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), implemented in Czechia by Act No. 424/2023 Sb., exempts microenterprises providing services, and this business is one. We publish the statement anyway because the information is useful whether or not it is required.
