What to include when something has gone wrong

It saves a round trip if the first message has:

the order reference from your confirmation email;
the email address you ordered with, if it is different from the one you're writing from;
the product name, and the filename if the problem is with one specific file;
what happened — the exact error, the tool and version you opened the file in, and what you'd already tried.
