Terms & Conditions

These terms cover two things: using this website, and buying digital files from it. If you buy something, the purchase sections form the contract between you and us.

Our full business and registration details are on our Legal Notice page. Your refund, withdrawal and faulty-file rights are set out on Refunds & Withdrawal, which forms part of these terms.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that business. "You" means the person using the site or placing an order.

2. Using this website

You are welcome to browse, read and share links to anything published here.

Please do not:

  • copy the site's own text, layout, code or images for use elsewhere;
  • try to break, overload, scan or gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers;
  • use automated tools to scrape the catalogue or hammer the contact form;
  • attempt to reach product files without buying them, or share download links with others.

We may restrict access if any of this happens. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law.

The site's own design, text, images and code belong to us or are used with permission. Any product names or trademarks belonging to other companies remain theirs; mentioning a tool by name does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change the catalogue, prices or these terms at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published — they never change an order you have already paid for.

3. What we sell

We sell digital files that you download. Templates, kits, prompt packs and similar creative and productivity resources.

There is nothing physical, nothing is shipped, and there is no subscription or recurring charge. Every purchase is a single one-off payment.

Each product page tells you, before you buy:

  • exactly which files are included, in which formats, and their total size;
  • what you need in order to use them (software, an account with another service, a particular version);
  • known compatibility limits;
  • whether any technical protection is applied to the files;
  • the total price you will pay;
  • how and when you receive the files.

If something on a product page is unclear, ask us before you buy — support@digitalskylight.com.

Products that rely on other companies' tools

Some products, including AI prompt packs, are written to be used with a third-party service such as an AI assistant. We do not own or control those services. You need your own access or subscription to them; it is not included in the price. Those services can change their behaviour, pricing, output and terms at any time, and we cannot control or guarantee the results you get from them.

We also cannot promise any particular business or creative outcome from using our files. They are resources you work with, not a guaranteed result.

4. Prices

Prices are shown on each product page in euro and are the total amount you pay. There are no delivery charges and we do not add anything at the final step.

We are not registered for VAT (nejsme plátci DPH), so no VAT is added to the prices shown.

5. How an order works

  1. You add products to your basket.
  2. On the checkout page you review your order and tick the two confirmation boxes (see section 6).
  3. You are taken to Stripe's own secure payment page to pay. We never see or store your card details — they go directly to Stripe.
  4. Once Stripe confirms your payment, the contract between us is concluded and we make your files available straight away: a download link appears on the confirmation page and is also emailed to you.
  5. We send you a confirmation email that includes your order details, your download link and its expiry date, the terms that apply, and the information about withdrawal and faulty files. Keep it — it is your record of the contract.

If your payment does not complete, no contract is formed and you are charged nothing.

6. What you confirm at checkout

Before you pay, you tick two separate boxes. Neither is ticked for you in advance.

The first confirms you have read and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

The second is required by law for instant downloads, and it matters:

I ask you to make the files available to me immediately after my payment is confirmed, before the 14-day withdrawal period has ended. I understand that as soon as you do this I lose my right to withdraw from this purchase (§ 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code).

Because everything we sell is delivered instantly, we cannot complete an order without that second confirmation. If you would rather keep your 14-day withdrawal right, do not tick it — contact us and we will arrange the purchase differently.

We record that you ticked it, the exact wording you were shown, and the date and time, and we repeat it back to you in your confirmation email. Full explanation on Refunds & Withdrawal.

7. Getting your files

Your download link is tokenised and personal to your order. It is valid for 30 days and allows up to 10 downloads.

If your link expires, runs out, or you lose the email, just ask. You can request a new one yourself on Downloads help, or email support@digitalskylight.com from the address you ordered with. It is free, for 24 months after your purchase.

Please do not share your download link. It is tied to your order.

8. Licence — what you may do with the files

Buying a product gives you a licence to use the files. It does not transfer the copyright, which stays with us.

The licence terms are published in full at Licence, and they form part of this contract. That page is the licence itself, not a summary of one, and there is no longer version elsewhere that says something different.

Which tier applies to what. Every product is sold under one of three tiers — personal, commercial or extended. The product page names the tier that applies to it and links straight to that section of the licence page, so you can read the exact terms before you buy. The tier is recorded on your order and repeated in your confirmation email.

When it starts. The licence begins when your payment is confirmed and continues indefinitely. Your download link expiring does not end it — that is delivery, not licensing. See section 7.

Which version applies to you. The version of the licence page published at the time you bought. If we change the licence later, the change applies to purchases made after it is published; it never alters a licence you already hold.

If you breach it. Serious or repeated breach — reselling or redistributing the files, or passing them on beyond what your tier allows — entitles us to end your licence. If we do, you must stop using the files and delete your copies, and we do not refund a licence ended that way. That does not affect your statutory rights if the files were faulty (section 9), and it does not prevent us pursuing any other remedy the law gives us.

If you are refunded. If you validly withdraw from the purchase, or we refund you because the files were faulty, your licence ends at the same time. You must stop using the files and delete your copies.

Anything else about the licence — the tiers themselves, what counts as client work, third-party components inside the files, and arrangements the three tiers do not cover — is dealt with on the Licence page. The rest of these terms, including responsibility, complaints and dispute resolution, applies to it.

9. If something is wrong with your files

You have statutory rights if a file is corrupt, incomplete, will not open, is not what the product page described, or does not work with the software we said it works with. Those rights come from Czech law implementing EU Directive 2019/770, they last two years from delivery, and nothing in these terms reduces them.

They are set out in full, with what we do at each stage, on Refunds & Withdrawal.

Tell us as soon as you notice a problem: support@digitalskylight.com. Include your order number and what is going wrong.

10. Buying as a business

If you buy in the course of your business rather than as a consumer, the consumer-specific rules do not apply to you. That means no 14-day withdrawal right and no consumer defect regime — the general rules of the Czech Civil Code apply instead. Your licence and your right to receive working files are unchanged.

11. Responsibility

We are responsible for delivering the files described on the product page and for putting things right if they are faulty, as set out above and on Refunds & Withdrawal.

We are not responsible for results you do or do not achieve using the files, for how third-party software or AI services behave, or for loss caused by you using the files in a way the product page did not describe.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited or excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for intentional harm, or for any of your mandatory rights as a consumer.

12. Complaints and disputes

Talk to us first: support@digitalskylight.com. Most problems with a download or a file are fixed the same way — we re-send it or fix it.

If we cannot resolve it and you are a consumer, you can take the dispute to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, which handles out-of-court consumer dispute resolution:

Česká obchodní inspekce Ústřední inspektorát – oddělení ADR Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Praha 2, Czechia adr@coi.gov.cz · https://adr.coi.cz/

Using that route is free for you and does not affect your right to go to court.
