Templates, decks and prompt systems for people who run small practices

Downloadable working files for freelancers, small studios and internal ops teams: Notion systems, spreadsheets, document kits, design files and prompt systems. Bought once, downloaded as soon as payment is confirmed.

Every product page lists the exact files you get, the formats they arrive in, the version, and who the product isn't for.

A stack of trimmed paper sheets on a plain surface, lit from the upper left, with a red pencil resting across the top.

What every product page tells you

There are no reviews or ratings on this site, because there are none to show. What you get instead is the material you'd need to check before paying:

  1. The file manifest. Every filename, its format, roughly how large it is, and what's in it. If a page says 24 slide layouts, the file has 24 slide layouts.
  2. Format, version and last-updated date. Named tools and named versions, so you can tell whether it opens in what you already use.
  3. Who the product isn't for. A real list, on every page. Several of these files are wrong for several kinds of buyer, and it's cheaper for both of us to say so before you pay.
  4. The licence, in plain English. What you may do with the files and what you may not, per tier, on one page.

Bundles

Three sets of related products at one price. A bundle delivers exactly the same files as buying its members separately — each bundle page lists every product it contains, with that product's own price.

Free

Free: Project Handover Checklist

A complete product rather than a teaser: the checklist for closing a project out and handing it to a client or a colleague — what to transfer, what to write down, what to revoke, what to confirm in writing. PDF and Markdown. No email address, no account, no cart.

Guides

Five write-ups on the problems these files were built around — what belongs in a proposal, how to structure an SOP people follow, when a spreadsheet beats a tool. Notes from building the products, not a publishing schedule.
