No. Duplicating a shared page creates a new top-level page in your workspace. Your existing pages and databases are untouched, and you can delete the whole thing in one action if you dislike it.
Yes. Databases, relations, rollups and saved views are all available on the free personal plan. The only limitation you may hit is guest sharing, which is capped on the free plan and is not needed to use the kit alone.
Yes, and you should. Six records across two fictional clients are there so the views are not empty on day one. Deleting them leaves the structure intact.
Neither. The Invoices database is a record of what you raised and what status you set on it. There is no timer, no bank connection and no reminder that fires on its own.
The pipeline stage definitions and the setup guide are readable on their own and can be applied to whatever you already use. The databases themselves only exist inside Notion.
