- Excel 2016 and later on Windows and macOS, including Microsoft 365. Opens in LibreOffice Calc 7.x, where conditional formatting on the capacity sheet renders with slightly different colours.
- The Google Sheets version is a copy link. "Make a copy" puts it in your own Drive.
- No macros, no VBA, no add-ins, no Apps Script. Nothing has to be enabled or trusted on open.
- All sheets and formulas are unlocked and unprotected. Sheet names, column headers and note text are in English.

Do the Excel and Google Sheets versions behave identically?
Almost. Two columns use ARRAYFORMULA in Sheets where Excel fills the formula down each row; the results match. The formulas tab lists both versions side by side.
How many projects can it hold?
The tasks sheet is set up for 500 rows and the reference lists allow twelve concurrent projects. Both are ordinary ranges you can extend, and the formulas tab explains which named ranges to update if you do.
Can I add a column without breaking it?
Adding columns to the right of the tasks sheet is safe. Inserting inside the existing block will shift references used by the summary; the formulas tab marks which columns are read elsewhere.
Does it work in LibreOffice or Numbers?
LibreOffice Calc 7.x opens it and calculates correctly, with minor differences in conditional formatting colours. Apple Numbers imports it but rewrites some formulas on save, so it is not a version we would rely on.
