- Requires a free Notion account and a Google account to copy the documents.
- Compatibility
- The five documents are Google Docs, delivered as copy links. "Make a copy" puts them in your own Drive; you can then export them to .docx or PDF if your studio works in Word.
- The Notion space is a duplicate link, so its databases and relations arrive intact on a free personal or team plan.
- File contents are in English, written for a client to read without a glossary.
- No add-ons, scripts or Apps Script triggers are used. Nothing is locked or protected in any way.

Forty-two intake questions is a lot. Do clients actually answer them?
Not all of them, and not in one sitting. The questionnaire is grouped so you can send sections separately, and the guidance at the top says which twelve questions matter most if you only get one pass at it.
Can we use this without Notion?
Yes. The five documents are self-contained Google Docs. The Notion space adds tracking across clients; without it you keep the documents in whatever folder structure you already use.
Does the handover document cover technical assets?
It covers repositories, environment variables, DNS, hosting, analytics and third-party accounts by name. It does not cover deployment procedures or infrastructure decommissioning — that needs a runbook written for your stack.
Can we put our own branding on the client-facing documents?
Yes. They are ordinary Google Docs with no locked elements. The licence covers use in your own client work, including documents you send to clients under your name.
