Only as a percentage you set aside from gross income. Tax rules differ by country and by legal form, so nothing here is calculated for a specific jurisdiction, and none of it is tax advice.
Yes. The rate calculator has an hours-per-day input, and the project pricing tab works from either. Mixed hourly and day-rate work in one file is not modelled.
The workbook is small and gets edited constantly while you argue with the numbers, which suits Sheets. It exports to .xlsx if you would rather keep it in Excel.
