08 Questions about this product
The agenda is timed for 45 minutes with twelve prompts. There is a 25-minute cut marked in the guidance, which drops four prompts and shortens the metric review.
Only decisions that would be expensive to reverse or that someone will ask about later. The guidance gives a two-question test, and the log is far less useful when it becomes a minutes archive.
That is yours to decide, deliberately. The notes tab asks you to write down how each metric is measured and who owns the number, which in practice is where most metric sets fall apart.
The numbers, yes. The decision log and action list would need rebuilding as sheets, and they rely on filtered views that are more work to maintain there.
