What you need
Requires your own account with an AI assistant, and a Google account for the two documents. Outputs depend on a third-party AI service we do not control — you need your own access or subscription to it, and model behaviour and provider terms can change.
Compatibility
  • Plain Markdown prompts, pasteable into any assistant. No application, no installer, no API key, no integration with a meeting recorder.
  • The two Google Docs are copy links and can be exported to .docx or PDF.
  • Step two is written for transcripts up to roughly 8,000 words; longer meetings need the splitting instruction included in the file.
  • You supply the transcript. The system does not record, transcribe or store anything, and nothing is sent to us.
  • Contents are in English; the register variable in step three accepts your own wording.

03 Suited to / not suited to

Who this is for

Suited to

  • Anyone who already records client or internal meetings and gets an unusable wall of text
  • Ops leads who need a decision log that is written the same way every week
  • Small teams without a note-taker in the room

Not suited to

  • People who need transcription itself — you must already have a transcript
  • Anyone who cannot review the output before sending; drafted follow-ups are drafts, not messages

Note

Running this chain requires your own account with an AI assistant, a separate service we have no connection to and which may charge you. Output varies between runs and between models; every draft needs reading before it is sent.

08 Questions about this product

Questions about this product

Do I need a transcription tool as well?

Yes. This starts from a transcript you already have, whether from a meeting recorder, a conferencing tool or your own notes. Nothing here records or transcribes.

What happens with a meeting where nothing was decided?

Step two is explicitly instructed to report that, rather than promote a discussion into a decision. That instruction is the most-tested sentence in the file, and it is the first of the six failure modes.

Can I use it on client calls?

The licence permits use in your own client work. Whether you may process a recording of a client meeting with a third-party assistant is a separate question about that provider’s terms and your own data obligations, and it is yours to answer.

How long does a run take?

Ten to fifteen minutes for an hour-long meeting once you are used to it, most of which is reading the follow-ups before sending them.
