- Requires Excel 2016 or later, or a free Google account for the Sheets version.
- Compatibility
- Excel 2016 and later on Windows and macOS, including Microsoft 365. Opens and calculates in LibreOffice Calc 7.x.
- The Google Sheets version is a copy link; one lookup is written with QUERY there where Excel uses SUMIFS, and both are documented on the formulas tab.
- No macros, no VBA, no add-ins, no bank feeds and no external connections. Nothing has to be enabled on open.
- All tabs are unlocked and unprotected. Labels, currency formatting and note text are in English and can be changed.

Questions about this product
Which currency is it in?
Number formats are set to euro, and changing them is a formatting change on four tabs — no formula depends on the currency. There is no exchange-rate handling, so multi-currency trading is out of scope.
Does the tax set-aside calculate my VAT?
No. It applies a rate you enter to the lines you flag and moves that amount out of the available balance, so you are not spending money you owe. It is not a VAT return and not a calculation anyone has certified.
Can I extend it beyond twelve months?
Yes. The month columns are built from a start date and a fill, and the formulas tab explains which three named ranges to extend. Beyond about twenty-four months the assumptions are guesswork anyway.
Will it import my bank statements?
No. There is no import, no feed and no integration. You enter figures, which for a business of this size takes a few minutes a month.
